At Courtyard on the Ridge we are always trying something new and exciting. This week we featured our chicken and jalapeno rolls on mini silver forks and our voodoo cheese in the tiny cones served on a painter's pallet no less!
Sushi is also popular for wedding receptions and we know how to set up a very beautiful "Sushi Table" for your guests to enjoy while awaiting your arrival from the church.
We are also seeing the comeback of comfort foods like our fried mac and cheese lollipops and fresh french fries in cones as passed items during your cocktail hour.
